notice带有自个儿出乎意料地注意到，或者，仔细地注意、觉察到的意思，有时候吧，可以别人并不真正想让你知道，但却被你Notice到了。哈。。。说得有点Peeping的意思了，哈。
并且，Notice一般只用于主语是“我”本身的状态，极少见到“被动”的状态，或者来请求别人来“notice”的用法。
而pay attention to,对于最后的Object，应该是比较正式的。语气也要正式，带有点命令，祈使的口气。也会可经常地使用于对方，make sb pay attention to something.
